 From the start the Directors have adopted a practical hands-on style of management, regularly going back 'on the tools' where our many years of experience and specialist knowledge is required. We never ask our joiners to do anything we cannot do ourselves. We only choose tradesmen who can demonstrate the skills and quality which meet our own standards of excellence. Where we require, we sub-contract to other trades who are well known to us and satisfy our quality assurance procedures.
